From ordering, communication and delivery everything was perfect. I requested if the item could be sent out a bit quicker than the estimated delivery date as it was a last minute present (my own fault but fell in love with this item) and it wasn’t an issue. The person the gift was for absolutely loves it, a beautiful handmade piece to remind him of home. He was even more thrilled that it was made in Wales! Thanks :)
